“Pickup included” does not mean every vehicle enters every lobby at the same time. Hotels use different authorized areas, routes and access rules. This guide explains how to receive a useful confirmation.

Lobby, tours area or outside point

The point may be the lobby, excursions area or a nearby entrance authorized by security. A hotel page provides a reference, but the final confirmation message is the instruction to follow.

Zones and surcharges

Main zones appear in the calculator. Cap Cana and Uvero Alto display published distance and access surcharges. If the accommodation is not listed, select the fallback zone and confirm before paying.

When the exact time arrives

Timing depends on departure, hotel, traffic and shared routing. Enter the property and phone correctly. Do not leave based only on an estimated transfer duration.
